Adoption Application

Thank you for choosing to adopt instead of buying!

In order to be responsible for the rescued pets and avoid the harm caused by secondary abandonment, Purrifichome will review the applicant's adoption qualifications. Please read the following form carefully and fill in as much information as possible. The more detailed the information, the easier it will be to adopt the cat you like.

Starting 9/22/23, the adoption fee for neutered cats is $180.

【Adoption Steps】

1. Read the adoption instructions and confirm that you meet the requirements

2. Go to the adoption website to find a cat that you like and submit an application form

3. Wait for the administrator to review and further contact (applications are scheduled for visits in chronological order. If there is no contact for more than ten days, please contact us or consider applying for other cats)

4. Please prepare the cat's living supplies and adoption fee in advance before adopting

5. If you decide to adopt a cat on the day of your visit, you can take it home directly. Please be sure to bring your own cat bag or cat cage for easy transport.

6. Cats that have not been sterilized yet should make an appointment with the administrator for sterilization and vaccination when they are of appropriate age.
