about Us
Purrifichome is a nonprofit organization that rescues and feeds homeless cats, finding loving, supportive homes for them and reducing the number of stray cats in the city. Since September 2016, we have helped hundreds of kittens find homes and thousands of cats undergo TNR. Thank you for your trust and love in supporting our rescue, TNR, and foster programs. Your support is our driving force!
Purrifichome's rescue and adoption activities are inseparable from the hard work of volunteers and the generous donations of our community. Purrifichome has never given up on any cat that has been unable to find a home for a long time, including cats with disabilities and those requiring long-term care. We hope that every cat is treated well and that their adoptive families will remain loyal to them. We also hope that more partners will join us in contributing to the well-being of stray cats and creating a better environment for our community.
The following are some of the babies we rescued~

Purrifichome·
Concept
We first trap stray cats. Then, depending on the cat's individual condition, volunteers take them to the hospital for treatment, clean them, deworm them, and arrange for them to be neutered. They are then fostered at a volunteer's home for a period of time to further observe their personality and recovery. Volunteers help the cats adapt to a human home environment, including using cat litter. Based on their personalities, we will TNR cats that are unsuitable for domestication and capable of surviving in the wild. Cats with suitable personalities will be registered online as adoptable and find loving homes.
If you find a stray cat or a cat in need of rescue, or if you have a cat that needs to be adopted, please contact us for help.
We will build shelters for stray cats in winter to help them survive the winter safely. If you have stray cats in your backyard and are willing to put up such a cat bed, please contact us and we will provide it free of charge.
We advocate scientific feeding, sterilization at the appropriate age, and do not engage in home breeding. The cost of cat illness can be quite high, so we recommend purchasing pet medical insurance.

Purrifichome Volunteer
Our volunteer work includes trapping stray cats, taking cats to the vet, cleaning cats, caring for sick cats and kittens, making appointments and picking up cats for sterilization and microchipping, posting adoption information, contacting adopters, picking up donated supplies at their homes, making cat beds, etc.
Before you receive your cat, every cat from Purrifichome has received volunteer training on adapting to domestic life and learned to use litter. They've been listed on the website and social media platforms, seeking adopters. They've likely received inquiries and registered with five to eight potential adopters. Arrangements have been made for pick-up, sterilization, and deworming. Only after all this is completed can a healthy, adorable kitten leave their foster home and arrive at yours.
All of our volunteer work is unpaid nor compensated; it's all voluntary. Therefore, we aren't full-time volunteers; we're just a group of friends who want to do something for stray cats, "doing something out of love." Therefore, sometimes we may not respond promptly, our pickup time for donated items may not be guaranteed, and we may not be able to provide a perfect transitional environment for the rescued cats. However, we have done our best and hope for your understanding and tolerance.
Our income comes entirely from the cat adoption fees, and donations from our community. All proceeds go toward cat rescue and medical care. We hope more and more people will join us!
